Ingredients
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. bananas-mashed w/some lumps
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 1½ C. sugar
- 2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 ½ C. butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in vanilla and eggs. In separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture. Add sour cream and bananas, mix until combined.
Pour in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and top with cream cheese frosting (3/4 stick butter, 3 C. pwd. Sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 4-6 oz cream cheese.)
Store in refrigerator.
