Banana Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 ½ C. Crisco
• 1 1/2 1 ½ C. flour
• 1 C. sugar
• 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. soda
• 1 egg
• 1/2 ½ tsp. salt
• 1 C. mashed bananas
• 1/4 ¼ tsp. nutmeg
• 11/2 C. oats
• 3/4 ¾ tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 ½ C. nuts (opt)

Cream Crisco and sugar. Add egg and banana. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min
