Baked sweet potato - awesome

Ingredients

• 5 large sweet potatoes
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground mutmeg
• 3 tbs melted butter
• TOPPING
• 1/4 c brown sugar
• 1/4 c butter
• 2 EGG WHITES

Preparation

Step 1

preheat over 400
Boil diced potatoes
lightly grease pan 9x 13
mix: 1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp each of grd cinnamon and nutmeg
3 tbs melted butter
pour over potatoes
place in pan and mush potatoes lightly
TOPPING
whip egg whites lightly
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c butter
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper,

BAKE 15 -20 minutes
