Ingredients

  • 1 ) 2 cups flour
  • 2 ) 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 ) 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 ) 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 ) 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 6 ) 3/4 cup milk
  • 7 ) 1/3 cup oil
  • 8 ) 1 egg

Step 1

In bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Stir in blueberries. In small bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg. Blend well. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Edit Delete

2. Crumb topping

0) 1 cup flour
1) 1 cup sugar
2) 2 teaspoons cinnamon
3) 1 stick butter, melted


In a bowl, mix ingredients together with fork. Sprinkle a heaping tablespoon of the topping on each muffin. Bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from heat. Serve
