- 1 LB DRIED KIDNEY BEANS-SOAKED 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT-DRAINED
- 1 LB RED POTATOES-CUT IN 1/2 IN. CHUNKS
- 6 OZ KALE-TORN IN 1 INCH PIECES- STEMS REMOVED
- 1/4 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
- PEPPER

COOK KIELBASA 15 MINS OR TIL BROWNED-SET ASIDE
ADD OIL TO PAN TO EQUAL 2 TSP-ADD GARLIC-COOK 2 MINS-ADD BROTH AND BEANS-HEAT TO BOILING ON HIGH-REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER 45 MINS.
ADD POTATOES-COVER COOK 15 MINS.- STIR IN KALE-COVER COOK 10 MINS OR TIL TENDER
STIR IN VINEGAR,PEPPER AND RETURN KIELBASA TO PAN-COOK 3 - 5 MINS
