Potatoes (make ahead)

Got this recipe from Shirl Cooper shortly after Paul and I married. Always a favorite and nice to be able to have cooked and just reheat when ready.

Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes, pealed
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter

Servings 10
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 45mins

Step 1
Boil and mash potatoes. Add rest of ingredients to mashed potatoes. Place in large casserole dish and dot with butter. Cover with saran wrap and keep in refrigerator - don't freeze. Cook uncovered 30 miinutes at 350 degrees.
