Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. Melted butter
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla or strawberry ice cream
  • 1/4 c. Cornstarch
  • 2 c. Crushed frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Pineapple juice
  • 1 c. Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Mix well and press firmly into 13 x 9 1/2 x 2 pan. Bake 15 mins. At 350 and chill thoroughly.

2. Soften ice cream and spread over crust. Freeze till glaze is ready.

3. Cook pineapple juice, cornstarch and sugar till thick stirring constantly. Add strawberries and cool. Spread over ice cream and freeze till ready to serve. Make ahead.
