Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 med. baking potatoes, baked
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, divided
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T. chopped fresh chives
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh chives

Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and coarsely mash pulp with a potato masher. Stir in 1 cup Cheddar cheese and next 8 ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9x2" baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese, bacon, green onions, and chives.
