  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 slices of bread without crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup pineapple crushed and drained



Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs 1 at a time. Stir in pineapple and bread. Bake one hour at 450 in 1/2 quart cassorole dish.
