- 12 OZ FROZEN SPINACH
- 1/2 C CHOPPED ARTICHOKE
- 1 T CHOPPED ONION
- 1/4 C HEAVY CREAM
- 1/4 C SOURCREAM
- 1 1/4 C SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK CHEESE
- 1/3 PARMEAN CHEESE
- 1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER

Step 1
IN MICROWAVABLE BOWL PUT SPINACH, ARTICHOKE AND ONION. COVER AND CUT SLITS IN SARAN WRAP COOK 4 MIN KEEP COVERED.
IN SAUCE PAN COMBINE HEAVY CREAM, SOURCREAM, CHEESE, AND GARLIC POWDER HEAT SLOWLY FOR 10 MIN UNTIL SIMMERS AND THICKENS "DON'T BOIL". ADD SPINACH TO SAUCE COOK 10 MORE MINUTES. SERVE WARM
