8 LAYER LETTUCE SURPRISE SALAD

Ingredients

• 1 head lettuce, shredded
• 1/2 c. chopped celery
• 1/4 c. chopped onions
• 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
• 1 small pkg. frozen peas
• 2 Tbs. sugar
• 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 c. Hellman’s mayonnaise

Step 1

Barely cook peas. Cool under running water. Layer ingredients and spread mayonnaise on top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Toss before serving.
