  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Honey
  • 3 Tbsp. Corn Syrup
  • 3/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 10 c. Popcorn
  • 2 Tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 1/2 c. Honey Roasted Peanuts

Step 1

In medium saucepan, melt butter, add sugars, honey and corn syrup and cook to 300 deg. Stirring occasionally. Add baking soda and stir. Remove unpopped kernels from popcorn, then place in a lightly oiled bowl. Pour caramel over popcorn and toss to combine, using oiled, heatproof spatulas or wooden spoons. When popcorn has cooled slightly but is not quite set, mix in salt and peanuts. With oiled hands, form into 2" balls. Place balls on sheet tray, once cool, store in an airtight container.
