- 1/2 * 1/2 cup raspberry jelly
- 1 * 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 * 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 * 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 * 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 * 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sift together the sugar, coca powder, flour, baking soda and salt, then stir in the jam, oil and extracts. Flatten into walnut-sized balls on greased cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
