Strawberry Pretzel Bread

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • Mix ingredients together and press into 9X13 pan, bake 10 minutes at 350, set aside and cool.
  • Filling:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 8oz pkg of cream cheese
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • Beat together sugar and cream cheese, add cool whip. Spread onto pretzel crust, cool in refrigerator.
  • Topping:
  • 2 - 3 oz pkg strawberry – banana gelatin
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 – 10 oz pkg frozen strawberries
  • Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add strawberries with juice and mix. Refrigerate until slightly jelled. Pour over top of cream cheese layer. After it sets refrigerate. The crust tastes like nuts!
  • Granola
