Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or round steak cut into 1" cubes

  • 2 T butter

  • 1 can golden mushroom soup

  • ⅛ t pepper

  • ¼ C burgundy wine

  • 12 small whole white onions

  • 2 T parsley

Directions

Brown beef in butter. Add rest of ingredients and simmer one hour or more. You may need to add water. Serve over wide noodles.
