Ingredients
- 2 Large potatoes
- 3 tblsp butter
- 6 Scallions
- 3 tblsp flour
- 2 tsp dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups shredded american cheese
- 4 Slices crumbled cooked bacon

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425. Cook potatoes for 40-60 minutes. Let cool, scoop out insides and pulp it.
2. Melt butter medium heat in saucepan, add half the scallions, and cook until tender. Stir in flour, dill, salt, and pepper. Then add all the milk, Cook for 12-15 minutes until thick and bubbly. Add potato pulp and 1 cup of cheese.
3. Ladel into bowls, top with remaining cheese, scallions, and bacon.
