Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 1/4 veg oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 TSP Vanilla Mix well and set aside
- 2 1/4 Cups Flour
- 2 TSP Cinnamon
- 1/4 TSP Nutmeg
- 1/4 TSP Allspice
- 2 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Salt
- 2 Cups Shredded Carrots
- 2 Cups Flaked Coconut
- 8 oz. Crushed Pineapple (drained)
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 Cup Raisins
- 16 oz of Cream Cheese
- 2 TSP Vanilla
- 1 lb Box Confection sugar
- Dab of Milk - to the tecture you want
- Mix together

Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla together. Mix remaider ingredients in separate bowl and then all together.
Bake for 50 minutes in 2 - 10 inch pans or 3 - 8 inch (adjust time)
