Ingredients

  • 3 TB SEEDLESS STRAWBERRY JAM MELTED
  • 1 ½ TB WATER
  • 1 C FRESH RASPBERRIES
  • 1 C SLICED STRAWBERRIES
  • 4 LOWFAT CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
  • ¾ C FROZEN FAT FREE WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
  • ¼ C FAT FREE FUDGE ICE CREAM TOPPING

Preparation

Step 1

Combine jam and water in medium bowl; stir in raspberries and strawberries. Reserve 2 TB berry mixture for topping. Tear brownies into small pieces, reserving several pieces for topping.

Place several brownie pieces in each of 4 desert cups. Spoon ¼ cup berry mixture over brownie. Repeat layers. Top each with whipped topping, ice cream topping, reserved berry mixture, and reserved brownie pieces.

Yield: 4 servings
(1 brownie, ½ c berry mixture, 3 TB whipped topping, 1 TB ice cream topping
