Smothered Chicken with bacon

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
  • small sour cream
  • 1 pkg hickory smoked bacon
  • 4 cups minuet rice (uncooked)


Servings 8


Step 1

mix sour cream and soup in bowl add salt and pepper to taste

wrap the chicken (each) breast with bacon and lay in 13x9 pan
pour over mixture and cover with foil

bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours

prepare rice according to directions

serve over rice
