- 4 - 6 C COOKED
- & COARSELY MASHED - SEASONED W/SALT
- 8 OZ SOUR CREAM
- 3 OZ CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1 TSP GARLIC SALT

Preparation
Step 1
BLEND INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO 1 1/2 QT GREASED CASSEROLE.
TOP WITH 1/4 C MELTED BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.
BAKE AT 350 OVEN FOR 30 MINUTES.
MAY BE PREPARED AHEAD OF TIME AND CAN BE FROZEN.
IF FREEZING, COVER TIGHTLY. REMOVE FROZEN CASSEROLE AND ALLOW TO THAW - THEN BAKE.
