    c. flour (reserve 1 tbs)

    T. sugar

    t. baking powder

  • 1/2

    t. salt

    c. buttermilk

  • 1

    T. oil

  • 1

    / t. almond extract

  • 3/4

    c. raisins

  • 3

    T. brown sugar

  • 1/2

    t. cinnamon

  • 2

    T. skim milk

  • 2

    t. powdered sugar

Directions

over at 400 F. Spray a light colored pan-- dark colored pan will burn rolls. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add butter milk, oil and almond, stir. Sprinkle work surface with reserved flour. Turn dough out, at into 12x9 rectangle, 1/2 inch thick. Combine raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Roll, pinch ends. Transfer to pan; seam side up. Brush top with milk. Cut 5 diagonal slashes @ 2 inch intervals Bake 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 and bake additional 20 min. more. Cool 20 minutes and dust a bit of powdered sugar over top. Serve warm.
