Corn Casserole

  • 2 cans whole corn
  • 2 cans cream corn
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box of cornbread muffin mix
  • 1 bag grated cheese


Servings 6


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400

Mix corn(do not drain), sour cream, and corn bread mix together.

Beat egg and add to mixture.

Melt butter and add to mixture.

Pour into 9 x 12 pan

Cook one hour and take out of oven add put cheese on top.

Bake another 30 minutes.
