Chicken Skillet and Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 lb pkg Green Giant American Mixtures frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
- 1 10 ¾ oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 TB water
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 – 3 cups hot cooked noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook chicken and onion over medium-high heat until chicken is browned, stirring occasionally.
Add vegetables, soup, and water. Mix well. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 8 – 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.
