Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 c buttermilk baking mix
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 T melted butter
  • 1 T pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • Whipped Cream or Cool Whip

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except the shipped cream or cool whip. Pour into a greased slow cooker. cover and cook on low 6-7 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream or cool whip.
