  • 1 ½ pounds potatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 1/3 cup vegetable or chicekn broth
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 or 2 oz. butter
  • pepper & salt
  • Garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

1. Peel and slice potatoes. Thinly slice onion into circles.

2. Start layering, seasoning each layer with a generous amount of salt and pepper.

3. Combine 1/3 cup steaming hot vegetable or chicken broth with milk. Add some garlic powder. Pour the hot broth mixture over potatoes and top casserole with tiny pieces of butter.

4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes
