Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 egg
- 1 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c fresh rhubarb, cut into small pieces(do not use the leafy tops)
- 1/2 c strawberries, cut up
- Topping:
- 1 c quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/3 c brown sugar
- 1/3 c butter, softened
- 1/3 c chopped nuts
- 1/2 t cinnamon

Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 60mins

Step 1
Mix the filling ingredients together and pour into an unbaked pie shell
Mix the topping ingredients together and sprinkle over filling
Bake in a preheated oven at 400' for 10 min, then lower oven temperature to 350' for an additional 30 min or more until well done
