• Maple syrup to taste
• Butter to taste
• Salt. & pepper

Step 1

Cook sweet potatoes until soft. Mash and en use mixer to combine sweet potatoes, butter, syrup, salt & pepper.

Can make ahead of time and leave in refrigerator.

Bake for. 50 minutes, covered, at 350F, or until hot and steamy.
