Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 3 cups cut up rhubarb
- 1 pie shell
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs; beat until smooth.
pour over rhubarb in pastry shell.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, then in 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
