Maple Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas

  • 2 cups (15 oz. can) chickpeas rinsed and dried
  • 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything well in a bowl. Pour the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast in the oven for about 45 minutes, shaking every 10 minutes to keep them from burning. Cool then store in an airtight container.
