Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

  • ` tablespoon light brown sugar

  • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon soda

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 7 tablespoons cold/unsalted butter

  • 1/3 Cups buttermilk

Directions

425 Degrees 15 Minutes Cook and mash sweet potatoe pulse the flour, brown sugarbaking poder baking soda and salt. Add butter and pulse until mixture resembles meal. Add buttermilk and 3/4 cup of the mashed sweet potatoe. Pulse until the dough comes together. knead 2 - 3 times until smooth. Roll dought 1/4 inch thick and cut in to eight 4-inch rounds.
