Layered Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Head Lettuce
- 1 Cup Celery, diced
- 4 Eggs, hard boiled and sliced
- 1 Pkg Frozen Peas (10 Oz.), uncooked
- 1/2 Cup Green Pepper, diced
- 1 Medium Onion, diced
- 8 Bacon Slices, fried and diced
- 3 Cup Salad Dressing
- 4 Oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Tear lettuce into bite-sized p;eices and place in a 9x12 inch glass or plastic dish. Layer rest of ingredients in ourder given. Spread salad dressing over the top as you would frosting. Top with grated cheese.
Cover and refrigerate 8-12 hours. At serving time, garnish with additional bacon and parsly.
