Tortellini with Butter and Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/3 c heavy cream
- 3 tbsp butter
- 7 oz tortellini, cooked
- 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
- fresh pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, simmer over moderate heat 1/6 c heavy cream and butter for less than 1 minute.
Turn off flame and add tortellini.
Mix until coated.
Add 1/6 c heavy cream, cheese, and a little pepper.
Mix again over very low flame until evenly coated.
