Cheese FIlling and Meat Ravioli Fillings

Ingredients

• 3 lb. ricotta
• 3 eggs
• 1 tbl. chopped parsley
• 1/2 cup grated roman cheessalt and
• pepper
• __________Meat Filling________
• 1 lb. groung pork and beef
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup grated roman cheese
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 1 tbl. chopped parsley
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 tea. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. For cheese filling


-Meat Filling

Mix all ingreidents together. Makes enough filling for approximately 4 dozen ravioli
