- 3 lb. ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbl. chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated roman cheessalt and
- pepper
- __________Meat Filling________
- 1 lb. groung pork and beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated roman cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbl. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tea. garlic powder

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. For cheese filling

Mix all ingreidents together. Makes enough filling for approximately 4 dozen ravioli
