Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 3 Egg Yolks, beaten
- 1 1/3 Cup Bakers Angel Flake Coconut
- 1 Cup Pecans, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, sugars, butter & vanilla. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. (mixture may appear curdled) Quickly stire small amount of hot water into egg yolks; then stire into hot mixture. Return to a boil stiring constantly. Remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans. Cool to spreading consistency, beating occasionally.
