Ingredients
- 8 oz. block colby-jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 8oz. pkg. bacon bits (or 1 lb. cooked crisp bacon)
- 1 1/2 cups light mayo
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 26 oz. round loaf bread

Preparation
Step 1
Stir together all ingredients except bread; set aside.
Hollow out bread, reserving torn pieces. Spoon dip into bread; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake @ 350 for one hour. Serve with torn pieces of bread or apple slices.
