Banana Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 2 sticks butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 2 t. baking soda
• 1 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups ripe bananas
• Brown Sugar Icing:
• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
• 1 stick butter
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 t. vanilla
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven: 350 degrees

Spray 2 round cake pans or 1 rectangular pan.

1. Combine: butter, sugar, and eggs
2. Combine: Flour and baking soda
3. Alternate Flour mixture with milk. Then add bananas.
4. Bake for 30 minutes
5. Ice Cake with Brown Sugar Icing Immediately. For 2 round pants ice each layer and for 1 rectangular pan pour over top.
