Ingredients
- 1 - six quart basket cucumbers
- 1 bunch celery
- 6 large onions
- 5 red peppers ( 2 sweet 3 hot)
- Sauce
- 1 pint vinegar
- 5 cups white sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 dessert spoon salt
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. turmeric
- 1/6 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp. celery seed

Preparation
Step 1
Peel cucumbers and chop all vegetables together. Let stand 24 hours with 1 tbsp. salt on them.
Sauce.
Bring to boil then add chopped vegetables. Let simmer for 3 - 5 minutes.
