Ingredients
- Combine with:
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 T soften butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 t vanilla
- Beat together 1 min.

Step 1
Topping for the cake is
4 T melted butter in a 8x8 pan.
Add 1/2 c brown sugar
1 can of pineapple slices arranged on top of the batter.
Bake 350
30 minutes or until done.
Let cool 10 min. before turning over on serving platter.
