Fresh Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 c sugar
• 4 c raw apples
• 1/2 oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp soda
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 c flour
• 1 c walnuts (optional)
• Frosting
• 1/4 c butter
• 2 sml pkgs cream cheese
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix eggs and sugar, add oil and apples, stire add final ingredients.

Bake in a 9 x 12 pan for 1 hour at 350. When cool frost.
