Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 c. 100% orange juice
- 1 T. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 lg can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 T. agave nectar
- ¼ c. chopped pecans
- 2 T. sugar
- ¼ c. rolled oats
- ¼ c. butter, softened

Step 1
In a medium sauce pan, bring cranberries and orange juice to a boil. Cook over medium heat until cranberries pop. Add pumpkin pie spice and stir. Remove from heat. Mix in pineapple and agave nectar. Pour into a medium size baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix nuts, sugar, oats and butter and mix. Sprinkle over top of cranberry mixture and place under low broil for 2-3 minutes, just until browned. If you want to make this Paleo friendly, omit the sugar, oats and butter and only add nuts to the top (increase to 1/2 cup).
