Ingredients

  • 2 Tblsp – Margarine
  • 1/2 cup – Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Tblsp – all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups – Evaporated Milk or Regular Milk
  • 1 cup – Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup – Chicken Broth
  • 4 Tblsp – light cream cheese (small pckg 8 oz)
  • 18-24 oz Fettuccine Noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in 1 Tblsp flour (mix other 2 Tblspns with milk)
Gradually add evaporated milk and chicken broth.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Stir in cream cheese-cook about 2 more minutes (until almost melted).
Then, add the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese—stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
Pour over hot fettuccine, toss well.
Add salt, garlic, and pepper to taste.
