- 1 3/4 Cups sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1 Celery rib, chopped
- 1/4 Cup scallions chopped
- 1/2 Cup green peppers chopped
- 4 TBS butter (seperated)
- 1/4 Cup all purpose flour
- 2 Cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 Cups 2% milk
- 2 3/4 Cups cubed cooked turkey
- 2 Cups frozen peas
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp pepper
- 2 Peppers in Adobo sauce diced
- 1 Tbs sauce from Adobo pepper can
- 1 Tbs onion salt
- 2 Tsp "Franks" hot sauce
- 1 Tbs diced jalepeno
- 1 Clove garlic
- 1 Tbs onion powder
- 1 Tsp mace

Directions
1.1-Saute mushrooms, celery and scallions in 2 Tbs butter until tender
2.2-Make a roux with 2 Tbs butter and 1/4 cup flour
3.3-Stir chicken broth into roux until smooth
4.4-Stir milk into roux until uniform and lump free
5.5-Add turkey, peas, mace and salt
6.6-Heat through and serve on rice, biscuits or toast
