Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• TOPPING:
• 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes.
• 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup canned milk
• 2 teas. baking powder
• 1 teas. vanilla
• 3 eggs
• 1 Cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup melted margarine
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs well. Add sugar, milk, baking powder and vanilla.
Add to sweet potatoes.
Place in greased casserole dish.

TOPPING:
Blend brown sugar, butter flour and nuts.

Sprinkle over top of casserole.

Bake at 350 until brown.
