Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2-1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 cups oil
- 4 eggs (one at a time)
- 1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2-1/2 cups grated carrots
- ICING
- 1 - 8 ounce pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 stick butter softened
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 box powdered sugar (4 Cups)
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients and add oil and eggs.
Fold in carrots and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees and check after 30 minutes.
For Icing – Cream mixture together
