Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen hash browns
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Drizzle 1/2 of the butter in a 9 x 13 pan. put in 1/2 of the frozen hash browns. mix soup,sour cream. milk.onion,salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 on top of the hash browns. Put on 1/2 the cheese. then layer the rest of the potatoes, sauce and cheese. Top with crushed cornflakes. drizzle with remaining butter. Bake 1 hour at 350.
