Holiday Mashed Potatoes
- 12 medium potatoes cooked and hot
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. salt
1. Mash potatoes
2. Add cream cheese then butter; beat well until cheese and butter are melted and mixed. Add sour cream, salt and pepper into milk. Add to mixture and beat until
3. Pour into greased round casserole; refrigerate overnight.
4. Bake at 350º for one hour or until brown.
5. Put butter and paprika on top (before baking)
