- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 4 oz Grated Cheddar Cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Bake potatoes for 1 hour. Scoop the centers out of the skins into a bowl. Mash potatoes, butter, and milk until smooth. Whip sour cream until fluffy, adding more milk if needed. Spoon mixture back into the potato skins. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
