Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed until completely blended. Adjust seasoning if necessary. Best with vegetables, chicken or fish.
