Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp grated orange rind
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 cup cranberries or craisins

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients, cut in the butter until mix resembles coarse crumbs. Combine orange rind, juice, and egg; add to dry ingredients, stir just until moist.
Fold in cranberries.
Put in floured & greased loaf pan.
Bake 350 for 1 hour.
